OPERATIONS/SUPPORT/PROJECT MANAGER:
Provide implementation, training, support and project management of LogiSYS software products. Identify and troubleshoot software issues. Be a liasie between Client(s) and LogiSYS. Be able to travel to clients sites, collect data, support go-live event.

Fluency in Spanish highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Experience in installation and troubleshooting of software applications and operating systems.
Attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
Experience in Public Safety a plus.
Minimum Job Requirements
2 years experience in Training/Support, and/or Customer Service
Plus 2 years post secondary education or a 4 years Degree
Programmer:
Problem Solving skills, software design skills, J2EE, C/C++ * other relational databases. Good Documention Skills. BS in computer science or equivalent training & experience.
