Hotel rates are as follows:
March 19-21, 2012 - $60 a night plus tax with upgrade option
Check in time is 4:00pm
Hotel will accept all major credit cards
Upgrade: The upgraded rooms are based on availability for $80 a night plus tax. Please specify at time of reservation.
Reservations: Call 888-373-9855 on or before Feb 23, 2012 and reference the code SFEDC2 and the group LogiSYS. All reservations will be guaranteed to a credit card, the first night plus tax, and will be billed immediately to the cardholders' account.
Cancellation: Reservations canceled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. Hotel will charge 1 night's guaranteed room rate plus tax for any cancellations received within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of the reservation will be cancelled.
Note: There is a bonus early booking discount this year! While we do have a block of rooms, rooms are limited. Book your room AND register for the Conference by January 6, 2012 and you will receive an additional discount!

requests, we now have an option to include arifare in a
conference package.

$1,295 Per Person
Airfare - Hotel - Conference
The tuition, airfare and hotel expenses are defined as, flights from an agreed to departure city, three nights lodging expenses and the conference registration fees. Additional fees, including but not limited to laptop rental, data, special fields trips, etc., are not included. Reservations will be made by LogiSYS' Travel Department.*

$795 Per Person
Hotel - Conference
The tuition and hotel expenses are defined as, three nights lodging expenses and the conference registration fees. Additional fees, including but not limited to laptop rental, data, special field trips, etc., are not included. Reservations will be made by LogiSYS Travel Department.*
* LogiSYS requires a 30-day advance written notice indicating the names of the persons attending the conference and the preferred dates of travel in order ot make the travel arrangements. LogiSYS reserves the right to select the airport and airlines the conference attendees will fly.
