When making reservations - clients must be advised that a credit card WILL be charged for 1 nights guestroom and tax charge as a deposit. It must also be noted the cancellations can be made 72 hours prior without incurring a penalty - any cancellation after that will be charged for the first night and the remaining nights of the reservation will be released.
