Exhibitor Move In
Move in is available until 12:00 PM but you are encouraged to be set up early as possible to take advantage of networking opportunities with the clients.

Exclusive Exhibit Hours
The class schedule is cleared for an hour and half to offer exclusive exhibits hours. It is recommended, that vendors stay set up in the room for the duration of the conference in order to mingle with clients on breaks, before and after sessions. Below are the times the room will be open to vendors.

Exhibitor Move Out
All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 1:00 PM.
Booth Equipment
Each 8x8 space will be set with one 6 ft draped table, two chairs, power and waste basket. The exhibit space is carpeted. Internet and other furnishing will be billed at actual cost.

Shipments will be received by the hotel business center and the recipient will be notified once the shipment has come in. For outgoing shipment, please visit the hotel business center, located just outside of the meeting convention space. There will be an attendant available to assist you in returning any packages you may have.
Payment Deadline
In order to reserve your space, all payments must be received by February 17, 2012. If LogiSYS has not received your payment by the deadline, the space will be forfeited.
