System administrators are given special one-on-one training from LogiSYS that includes detailed system design and maintenance considerations, such as the system's file structure, disaster recovery procedures and maintenance procedures. Our goal is to make the agency as independent and self-sufficient as possible in maintaining the system.

As everyone knows, each agency has users from all computer proficiency levels. LogiSYS has created a self-guiding tutorial aimed at providing initial training to new system users, as well as providing refresher training to existing staff. This tutorial is installed well in advance of the system, allowing users of all levels to familiarize themselves with the system at their own pace. The additional benefit is that users are well up to speed when the formal training takes place, saving both time and money.
A few simple commands are required to place designated workstations on either the training or tutorial mode. Designated workstations can be placed in training mode at any time, allowing new operators to work side by side with other dispatchers on actual data sets.
