NEEDS ANALYSIS / AGENCY TAILORING - No two agencies are the same. Every municipality has its own concerns and priorities. Once a contract is signed, we undertake a complete Needs Analysis of your site. We design a system to meet your goal of an enterprise wide solution that eliminates duplicate equipment, software and services.
FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS - Once s detailed Needs Analysis is completed, our next step is preparing a mutually agreed upon Functional Specifications document and a Statement of Work. These documents define the final system to be installed and specify an exact timeline and implementation plan for project completion.
PRE-IMPLEMENTATION - This is the stage where data is gathered and we build the digital map and there databases for implementing the system. This includes developing the initial dispatch policies, delineating response zone boundaries and developing resource allocation orders for each response zone.
"JUST IN TIME" HARDWARE - Just prior to final implementation of your solution, we order all your hardware. Sometimes, with the rapid changes in new hardware and pricing structures, we can make changes to reflect new advances in technology. We will either upgrade for the same price or refund the price difference back to your agency. Also, the hardware is pre-staged at our headquarters with your agency's data. this allows our support staff to test and evaluate your hardware before it is repackaged and shipped to your site.
FINAL IMPLEMENTATION - Once the databases are prepared and the digital map file is created, we begin final implementation. We ship the equipment to your site, where implementation specialists install your system. Interfaces, enhanced modules and strategic alliance partner solutions are thoroughly tested to ensure harmonious operation.

We believe that training is one of the most important parts of the entire system. You might have the best solution in the world, but if your personnel are not well trained, you will have failures. Failures that may cost lives. Our training classes are intentionally kept small, providing for a more individualized training environment. We intentionally keep training rates low, as well-trained users are a benefit to all. The training we provide is the envy of the industry.
System administrators are given special one-on-one training from LogiSYS that includes detailed system design and maintenance considerations, such as the system's file structure, disaster recovery procedures and maintenance procedures. Our goal is to make the agency as independent and self-sufficient as possible in maintaining the system.

SYSTEM TUTORIAL - As everyone knows, each agency has users from all computer proficiency levels. LogiSYS has created a self-guiding tutorial aimed at providing initial training to new system users, as well as providing refresher training to existing staff. This tutorial is installed well in advance of the system, allowing users of all levels to familiarize themselves with the system at their own pace. The additional benefit is that users well up to speed when the formal training takes place, saving both time and money. A few simple commands are required to place designated workstations on either the training or tutorial mode Designated workstations can be placed in training mode at any time, allowing new operators to work side by side with other dispatchers on actual data sets. An extensive tutorial guide is also proved, containing a system overview and introduction terms and procedures. It includes nineteen (19) lesson plans, taking users through specific system functions. This is such an effective tool, it is the same tutorial LogiSYS uses for initial training of its implementation, sales and development staff.
